fa تحلیل فضایی شاخص های کمی و کیفی مسکن پایدار در محلات شهر اردبیل Spatial Analysis of Quantitative and Qualitative Indicators of Sustainable Housing in Neighborhoods of Ardabil City تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research با توجه به اهمیت مسکن در ساختار شهرهای امروزی و زندگی شهروندان توجه به اصول توسعه پایدار در جهت عدالت فضایی و اجتماعی و ساختار کالبدی شهرها، مطلوبیت کمی و کیفی کاربریها بهویژه کاربری مسکونی و مقوله مسکن امری مهم است. لذا، هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل فضایی شاخص های کمی مسکن پایدار در محلات شهر اردبیل میباشد. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی – تحلیلی میباشد. گردآوری اطلاعات بهطور کلی از روشهای کتابخانهای و اسنادی از قبیل سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن سال 1395 میباشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای از نرمافزار Arc Catalog برای آمادهسازی دادهها و از مدل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) برای وزندهی معیارها و برای ارزیابی پایداری شاخصهای کمی مسکن از مدل تودیم و از مدل موران برای سنجش افتراق فضایی استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که که محله گازران با رتبه اول دارای پایداری خیلی زیاد میباشد. این در حالی است که محله گلمغان از پایداری خیلی کم برخوردار است. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻮران، ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ ﻓﻀﺎﻳﻲ ﭘﺎﻳﺪاری ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی ﻛﻤﻲ ﻣﺴﻜﻦ در محلات شهر اردبیل از الگوی خوشهای تبعیت میکند که نشاندهنده نابرابری فضایی در محلات 13گانه شهر اردبیل میباشد. بنابراین جهت اقدامات لازم بهمنظور کاهش نابرابریهای فضایی کمیت مسکن در محلات شهر اردبیل، تدوین برنامه مدون براساس عدالت فضایی برای کاهش نابرابریهای آن امری ضروری بهنظر میرسد.   Given the importance of housing in the structure of today's cities and the lives of citizens, paying attention to the principles of sustainable development in the direction of spatial and social justice and the physical structure of cities, the quantitative and qualitative desirability of land uses, especially residential land use and the category of housing, is important. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to spatially analyze the quantitative indicators of sustainable housing in neighborhoods of Ardabil city. The present study is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature. Information collection is generally through library and documentary methods such as the 2016 General Population and Housing Census. For data analysis, Arc Catalog software was used to prepare data, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model was used to weight criteria, and the Todim model and the Moran model were used to measure spatial differentiation. The findings show that the Gazran neighborhood, ranked first, has very high sustainability. This is while the Golmoghan neighborhood has very low sustainability. Based on the results of the Moran model, the spatial distribution of the sustainability of housing quantity indicators in the neighborhoods of Ardabil follows a cluster pattern that indicates spatial inequality in the 13 neighborhoods of Ardabil. Therefore, in order to take the necessary measures to reduce the spatial inequalities of housing quantity in the neighborhoods of Ardabil, it seems necessary to develop a written program based on spatial justice to reduce its inequalities.   شاخص‌های مسکن, تحلیل فضایی, مسکن پایدار, شهر اردبیل.
