fa بهینه‌سازی مکانیزم تولید و توسعه پایدار منطقه ای براساس ریسک‌های زنجیره تأمین صنعت نفت عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">حرکت فزآینده به سمت رشد و توسعه، با بهره‌مندی از فناوری‌های پیشرفته در سطح صنعت نفت به طور غیر قابل تصوری در حال پیشرفت می‌باشد. هدف این پژوهش بهینه‌سازی مکانیزم تولید پایدار براساس ریسک‌های زنجیره تأمین صنعت نفت برمبنای تحلیل رتبه‌بندی و فازی شهودی می‌باشد. این مطالعه از نظر روش شناسی توسعه‌ا‌ی و ترکیبی محسوب می‌شود که با اتکاء به فرآیندهای غربالگری محتوایی سیستماتیک، به دنبال شناسایی ابعاد پدیده مورد بررسی می‌باشد. سپس با هدف ارزیابی اجماع نظری، از تحلیل دلفی فازی برای سنجشِ پایایی ابعاد شناسایی شده استفاده می‌شود. در بخش کمّی نیز از تحلیل‌های رتبه‌بندی تفسیری و فازی شهودی بهره برده شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در بخش کیفی، ۱۲ نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان رشته مدیریت صنعتی در سطح دانشگاهی بودند و در بخش کمّی از مشارکت ۲۵ نفر از مدیران شرکت‌های تابعه وزارت نفت که چه به لحاظ دانشی و چه به لحاظ تجربی دارای سابقه بودند، بهره برده شد. مبنای انتخاب نمونه، استفاده از روش همگن بود. نتایج پژوهش در بخش کیفی از تعیین ۶ بُعدِ جهت سنجش بهینه‌سازی تولید پایدار و ۵ بُعدِ ارزیابی ریسک زنجیرۀ تأمین حکایت دارد. نتایج در بخش کمّی پژوهش نشان داد، <i>تأثیرپذیرترین مبنای تصمیم، یعنی بهینه‌سازی تولید از ریسک زنجیرۀ تأمین سبز، مبنای موقعیت‌یابی اکولوژیک اقلیمی و زیست‌بوم صنعتی است که باعث می‌گردد تا دستیابی به پایداریِ شرکت‌های نفتی با چالش بیشتری مواجه باشد.</i></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:8.0pt" lang="EN"></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; The increasing movement towards growth and development, with the benefit of advanced technologies at the level of the oil industry, is progressing unimaginably. The aim of this research is to optimize the mechanism of sustainable production based on the risks of the oil industry supply chain based on ranking and fuzzy intuitionistic analysis. This study is considered to be a developmental and mixed methodology that relies on systematic content screening processes to identify the dimensions of the phenomenon under study. Then, with the aim of evaluating theoretical consensus, fuzzy Delphi analysis is used to measure the reliability of the identified dimensions. Interpretive ranking and fuzzy intuitionistic analyses have also been used in the quantitative part. The participants in the qualitative part were 12 specialists and experts in the field of industrial management at the university level, and in the quantitative part, the participation of 25 managers of the subsidiaries of the Ministry of Oil who had both knowledge and experience was used. The basis for selecting the sample was the use of the homogeneous method. The results of the qualitative part of the research indicate the determination of 6 dimensions for measuring the optimization of sustainable production and 5 dimensions for assessing supply chain risk.
