Recognizing effective and impressible factors on/from tourism sustainability in the coastal cities (The case study: Anzali Port)

One of the most important effective factors on unsustainability tourism is lack of exact identifying of effective and impressible factors in tourism development. Thus, this research tries that by recognizing these factors, bases of creating tourism sustainable can be reached. Therefore, firstly theoretical indicators from global reliable evidences have been prepared. Then common indicators of sustainable tourism at case study have been examined. Research method is descriptive- analytical method, and research type is developmental. Research data's have been gathered using library and survey styles, and information has been analyzed using ANP model (for weighting) and Mic Mac software (for appointment of effective and impressible factors. Case study of research is Anzali port from Guilan province. Results show that indicators of environment conservation, urban institution- making, development of tourism infrastructures, improvement of safety level, increase of participation, moral codes and local legislation, and pollutions control are effective factors; and indicators of growing satisfaction level, supply of information infrastructures, and control of fees are impressible factors; and finally indicators of preparing urban services and promoting security level are without of effective indicators. |
