Conceptual developments of ethnic literature in the discourse of political management of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its impact on ethnic orientations: A Case Study of ethnic Kurds to present an applied model for promoting unity and cohesion in Iran

In the discourse of political management of the Islamic Republic of Iran, ethnicity is somewhat distanced from racial and geographical content, and other values have been the criterion of macro and micro management of the issue of ethnicity.The main purpose of this article is to analyze and analyze the conceptual developments of the ethnic literature in the discourse of political management of the Islamic Republic of Iran.The main question of the paper is that wthnic Literature What have been the conceptual developments in the political management discourse of the Islamic Republic of Iran?This paper uses qualitative methodological approach and grounded theory method for data analysis.This method, like all qualitative methods, uses a targeted sampling strategy. The power of purposeful sampling is rich in information selection for in-depth study.In the present study, two methods of theoretical sampling and maximum diversity sampling were usedBoth of which are targeted sampling techniques.According to the theoretical saturation criterion, the total number of interviewees in this study was 31, including 15 Sunni and 16 Shiite Kurds.The results of the paper show thatIn the Iranian political literature after the Islamic Revolution, racial and geographical ethnicism has given way to Islamic-Iranian nationalism.And ethnic demands, if that is the caseIn management discourse, there will be a solution, otherwise it will be considered a shareholder.
