The present study aims to present a mineral sales engineering model with an emphasis on the target market culture, which is carried out using a descriptive and analytical method. It seeks to achieve the science of marketing and sales, extroversion, and as much engineering creativity in mineral sales as possible by having basic knowledge of minerals, and to realize the importance of the above issue.This article is an applied research in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the logic of data collection, it has used the induction-deductive method to analyze the content of open-ended questions and supplementary structured interviews.The data collection tool in the qualitative section is using the library documentation method and similar research, and in the analysis and inference section, 15 experts were used to respond to the designed questionnaire;the supplementary interview method was categorized and analyzed, and finally the total of the analyzed responses was used to determine the effective factors in the categories of social entrepreneurship.In this research, an attempt was made to provide a model for mineral sales engineering to help companies improve the organization's resource costs, increase implementation efficiency, and the ability to create transformation and innovation, and to identify strategic complexities in the target market's culture.
