Abstract

Much of the identity, location, orientation, human action and character attributes. Election phenomenon has been studied in various disciplines , especially political geography in the study of the spatial distribution of power within the interaction space and would be a choice . Vjstar homeland of fundamental concepts in science is considered . Among the factors affecting the birthplace of the base vote for candidates is obtained . The peak of this effect in the first round of the ninth presidential election in the Eleventh its weak effect can be observed . The study is descriptive in nature and the data and information needed by the library collection is based on the assumption that the operations of voting birthplace of development discourse function , equivalent to the presidential candidates and the ineffectiveness of the dominant discourse . The research result shows that the results of the presidential election eleventh most divisive issues such as the function of the fundamentalists , conservatives ten years of management incompetence , Frazadbvmy approach the presidential candidates.

Abstract

Space has been involved mind thinkers and scientists from post time until now in the civilization of main the world. Heidegger believes that “reality is spatial and   cannot consider separately human and spatial”. Discussion starts form where that space and local of live sustainable must is goal of every development. Debates refer on the sustainable development roots to in 1950s. Frist serious and base was raised discussion in sustainable 1957 Stockholm conference on the environment protection. Before form 1970s Schumacher used sustainable to concept economic structures, renewable, resources, products and services. As for to is considered attractive in given the importance of sustainable development in the urban contemporary must not separate from development goals, debate sustainable is consideration an important dimension of development. Following have been the rapid changes by develop of the last century caused to seek rapid growth of urbanization disintegration hierarchy between urban and inter-urban that create  in human communities broad inequalities, social, economic as well as environment damage. In this research is studied that Tabriz city from spatial structure and stability that much data gathered from filed survey, statistics, agencies, offices and the statistical center of Iran and……..In many aspects of analyzed environment, economic, social and physical. The results in this survey that to application fuzzy Topsis technique has been investigation in the area 6 and 3 respectively 0.49 and 0.45 preferences points higher levels sustainability of the criteria. The regional 10 and 8 have shown respectively to 0.19 and 0.23 at the in bottom these preferences. City analyzed show that situation perspective from view point stable and uneatable residential environment in the city regional too fault of northern city is one of the most important factors the difference. The next step there  are  steep and very steep in some of terrain in this city that  is not suitable in human residential as well as congestion, crowded, noisy, congestion traffic, marginal, and worn textures  are from  factors of min this different  in areas of the city and results this research .

Abstract

Human activities often leave inconsistent impacts on land landscapes and ecosystems. The current research was conducted to investigate the changes in land use based on analyzing the land landscape plot metrics using remote sensing and GIS in Miandoab city.  For this purpose, spot and sentinel images with 10-cm resolution were prepared for the years 2005 and 2017. Then, images were classified after performing pre-processing and radiometric corrections in the ENVI 5.1 software, using artificial neural network algorithm. It should be noted 7 classes, including water zones, salt marsh, rangelands, garden lands, agriculture lands, arid lands, and human-made lands) were extracted using this algorithm.  Finally, after verifying the results, the changes were calculated and land surface land landscape metrics were calculated to quantify structural changes using the FRAGSTAT software.  The results analysis indicated that human-made lands (28.77 km2), garden lands (143.61 km2), salt marsh (2.53 km2) increased in the study area and other land uses decreased. CA metric also shows the same changes. Metric investigation of number of spots also showed that the current land uses in this city is unstable, so that garden lands increased from 1611 spots in 2005 to 4912 spots in 2017, and other land uses showed the similar increase. By comparing and examining the results and metrics obtained, it could be stated that land landscape structure in Miandoab in the current situation is in the disturbance situation due to the destruction and inappropriate use of resources, indicating the destruction development process in this area. This research results emphasize on the need to pay more attention to the sustainable exploitation of the land and prevent its destruction in this city.

Abstract

Progressing population growth, development of economic activities and human needs for natural resources, including water resources, have created an imbalance between supply and demand, ultimately causing instability and inadequacy of these resources in most parts of the world, especially arid and semiarid regions such as our country. Therefore, the objective of this study is to investigate and formulate strategies for improving water resource resiliency of Yazd Ardakan Plain. In this study, in order to achieve the resiliency of Yazd Ardakan Plain water resources, theoretical foundations of the research were initially studied using documentary (library) reviews. After that, model components of the research were refined and evaluated using the Delphi technique and obtaining expert consensus through survey processes and using a questionnaire. In the next step, the SOAR model was adopted in order to analyze the information and formulate a strategy for water resource resiliency of Yazd Ardakan Plain, and describe its strengths, opportunities, ideals and results. Also, Shannonchr('39')s Entropy Algorithm was used to weigh these strategies. Based on the findings of the SOAR model and considering the results of the establishment of water-related economic activities instead of agricultural activities in Yazd Ardakan plain, it shows that this area is in transition from a social-economic structure based solely on agricultural activity to a new water-resource dependent structure which does not fit the concept of transient resiliency. Results of this study show that in order to increase resiliency of the regionchr('39')s water resources, the need for substitution of non-water-dependent economic activities with less pollution such as Green businesses, eco-tourism, renewable energy and low-water industries in land development and planning programs should receive more attention.

Abstract

Increasing population growth and consumption of natural resources in recent years depletes the environment and its limited resources causing instability and pollution of resources in most of the world. New approaches have been established in development and stability of societies such as resilience to face environmental stresses and irregularities. The purpose of this study is to Evaluation of the Level of Ecological Resilience of Yazd Ardakan Plain in Terms of Establishment of Industry. The present study proposes a dynamic model to study pollution caused by the establishment of industries in Yazd Plain of Ardakan and to evaluate the effect of different policies on the level of ecological resilience in the plain in terms of the establishment of industry. According to the results, the use of advanced technologies by industrial entities could play an effective role in decreasing pollution and increasing ecological resilience in the plain.

Abstract

The importance of industry and its role in a country’s economic growth has been considered as one of the most important economic issues by researchers. In the meantime, the development of industry in Yazd Ostan and the over-establishment of industries in the Yazd-Ardakan plain have caused damage to water resources and increased pollution in this region. This study aims to investigate the resilience of water resources in the Yazd Ardakan plain in terms of industry establishment. In this research, industrial development has been analyzed, at different levels, using dynamic modeling in Vensim Software in the form of system dynamics analysis. The proposed model described industrial development, and using the simulation process, its behavior has been predicted in the next years. The model simulation results showed that the lack of development of large and water-intensive industrial projects in the region would cause the lowest amount of water resources loss in the Yazd-Ardakan Plain. They were determined as effective solutions to improve the resilience of water resources in the Yazd Ardakan plain.

Abstract
The variety of damage caused by earthquakes in different places is a reason to think about pre-crisis situations. How has social justice and spatial justice been in this land, and how has the structure of the political economy governing this geography been organized, that the occurrence of a natural phenomenon such as an earthquake leads to many human and natural disasters. In recent years, one of the most important components considered by city planners to reduce earthquake damage has been social and symbolic capital and its spatial reproduction. This concept is often associated with civil participation and parallel to cooperation and integration networks, but other very abstract concepts are associated with social capital, such as: cohesion, trust, trade-offs and institutional efficiency. The current research is carried out in a descriptive and analytical method and the operational field of the research test is in the three spatial scales of the neighborhood, the street and the entire area of a city in Tabriz. They play an important role in reducing vulnerability caused by earthquakes.
