Abstract

In Zanjan city with high rate of population growth and physical development, every day 270 tons of solid waste with different compounds enters into the biological cycle of the city. The current location of disposed waste at inappropriate local is in Mehtrchay the region in the southwest city. In addition, waste disposal method was inappropriate and causes vital sources of pollution such as air, water, soil and landscape. On the other hand, disruption of daily life of those residents near waste disposal sites are necessary to locate for new location waste disposal. In this study, by using fuzzy logic the aim was to determine the value and different weight criteria affecting the location of municipal solid waste landfill in Zanjan by GIS to design a model and to select disposal site. Parameters used were slope, topography, fault lines, distance from population centers, distance from surface and underground water resources, distance from access roads, type of soil and rocks, land use area, and land capability analysis was thereby analyzed. Finally, after overlapping the layers three sites as quite appropriate, suitable and moderately suitable were identified. After the evaluation, overlapping layers were obtained by Weighted Perfect Choice 35 kilometers from Zanjan in northwest of the Khalkhal road as Center for hygine solid wastes landfill site in Zanjan. Results of the analysis and control of land is largely satisfactory.

Abstract

City parks are one of the most important urban land use and states of their distribution in city has high importance in city. District 3 of Mashhad municipal in terms of green space has no appropriate status so that green space per capita is 1.7 m^2 which it is away from United Nations standards and also this district shows low proportion in comparison to Mashhad (with 9.8 m^2per capita) while the district under study wich regard to population has one of the highest densities of Mashhad districts city parks in order to reduce shortage and deficiencies in this area. For this 2 English Abstracts aim the lands of district should be valued based on criteria such as green land, distance from educational and cultural institution, and population density, access to city infrastructure and city arteries and distance from parks and green space. The use of fuzzy logic in the ArcGIS software needed to build it In each phase of the encapsulation layers after combining. The results of the combined land area of information for choosing suitable locations for green space showed priority. Finally, the prioritization of land with land use maps were evaluated, which was consistent with the existing user in the region.

Abstract

Today, environmental hazards and deal with them is one of the most important concerns for researchers in the field of environmental planning and management of the crisis. In crisis management, flood risk is one of the riskiest natural disasters that have to special look to it. One of the most important tasks in the field of flood mitigation and prevention of occurrence is zoning of potential flooding and classification of the flood risk. In this study Lighvan River Basin has been studied in terms of potential flooding by using ANP and fuzzy logic models and using of natural and human parameters (Land slope, aspect, plan and profile curvature, land use, precipitation, material of land, soil, vegetation density and drainage density). According to results of the research the southern part of Basin (classes with great and high potential) have been introduced as areas prone to flooding that are included respectively 11 and 23.6 percent of the area. More areas with low and very low potential are in areas that are characteristic of often with agriculture and gardens, formations with high permeability and slow slope and low altitude and are included respectively 22.7 and 12.3 percent of the area. These areas mostly are concentrated in the lowlands and slow slope and lower part of the basin where the due to the slow slope and deep sediments and permeable materials have high the posibility of influence precipitation and runoff in this area is very low respective to the other sectors.

Abstract

Today, many urban problems, more show the need for sustainable urban development. But in order to overcome these problems, it is necessary to measure differences in the level of development of the sustainable development and improvement of the proposed solutions. This study aimed to measure sustainable development in urban neighborhoods with Fuzzy Logic and GIS have been done thus, the analytical method of the study is descriptive and analytical. Because fuzzy logic in GIS has potential for sustainability assessment of complex systems such as cities, So twenty-four indicators were selected for assessing the sustainability of the urban neighborhoods(district) in the city of Yazd, with using fuzzy logic in GIS have been studied. The results indicate that the stability of the central neighborhoods of the city and region 2 is better urban fringes neighborhoods in terms of indicators that studied, the situation is less stable and urban fringes neighborhoods, particularly the south, east and north of city are in the situation unstable.

Abstract
Flooding of major natural disasters in the world. With increasing intensity and frequency of flood events, global concerns about increased mortality and economic losses resulting from increased. This study aimed to determine areas of potential flooding, river basin Ajurloo chay using a new approach to multi-criteria decision systems and fuzzy model is zoning. In the field of natural and man-eight parameters including rainfall, land use, the morphological characteristics such as steep slopes, altitude, vegetation index, and distance from major rivers, drainage density and lithology is used to run the model. After producing layers of the field visit and satellite images were used in order to obtain the required layers. Then, gathered through questionnaires and expert opinion using the AHP, the weight assigned to each criterion and sub is found, then the overlapping layers in GIS and flood risk maps were prepared using fuzzy operators. According to the map of the area of the silkhisi, regionalization is a very high risk in the basin have been located upstream, this high slope often 40 percent levels, low vegetation density, range of diverging with convex profiles they established. A flood risk map were in the regionalization of the area, with a very high risk in the basin are located downstream. These areas are often low-slope areas converge with concave profiles, levels, areas and rivers make up the margin.

Abstract

Dalahoo mass located in Folded Zagros structural unit. The purpose of this investigation is mapping the surface karst development is in the Zagros folded. Nine elements of lithology, faults, elevation, rainfall, temperature, use land (vegetation), slope and aspect as independent variables in the process of karst formation and development and also geomorphology karst formation are involved in the study area. Mapping of surface karst development and the effects of different factors in permeability formations, Is necessary. The fuzzy logic model (gamma function) In order to achieve this goal, is used. Based on the results, Dalahoo mass in terms of zoning surface karst development were divided four four non Karst region, Karst with the development of low, medium developed and developed regions. Evaluation zoning map with sinkholes and karst Polje, showed high precision and high efficiency of this model to evaluate the development of karst surface.

Abstract

At the same time as entering the third millennium and with increasing population, in many countries demand for water in order to supply dem world population needs has increased considerably. But because of scarcity of water resources and water crisis in intire world the concept of water security and water poverty persresented into the economic literature of countries wich facing water crisis. Water poverty is one of the greatest challenges of this century and the multidimensional crisis of the next incoming decades in the world, especially in countries with low lelvel of water resources. This crisis can lead to many changes in the world. In this paper, unlike the usual methods op other lasr aricles to calculate water poverty, we calculate the water poverty index is on the base of Catastrophe theory multi-criteria evaluation system and mathematical fuzzy logic method. The sub-indices  wich used to calculate the water poverty are including: water resources (water deficit ratio, surface water supply ratio, the proportion of other factors in water supply), access to water (per capita water resources, price elasticity of water demand, Gini coefficient for domestic use), capacity of Underground aquifers (groundwater utilization rates, surface water utilization rates, dilution rates), using of water resources (per capita consumption of water for irrigation in the agricultural sector, per capita consumption of drinking water, per capita consumption of water in Industrial sector) and environmental integrity (surface water drying, desertification rate, create desert rate). The results of calculating the water poverty index during the period from 1989 to 2015 indicate the upward trend of this indicator and its subset components, which indicates the worsening of the state of water security in Iran in recent years and possibly the deterioration and continuation of this complicated situation for next decades. In the other hand, as the current trend continues, both in terms of resources and in terms of managing the production and consumption of the country's water resources, Iran is gradually losing its ground and becoming poorer in terms of water resources.

 Abstract

In the current age of increasing population and urban expansion,Have Increased use of motor vehicles in cities And forecasts of car park locations in these cities have been taken into consideration. The expansion of Mashhad in recent decades and the increasing number of cars and related problems such as traffic, increased fuel consumption, air pollution, waste of time citizens etc. The need to pay attention to the use of urban public parking in urban development plans is increasingly emphasized. Currently, District 1 of Mashhad Municipality is facing traffic and environmental problems due to its high density of administrative and commercial uses. Therefore, locating public parking spaces to reduce traffic congestion and its problems seems to be an effective step in urban planning. This is an applied and descriptive-analytical study. Data were collected through library and field studies from relevant organizations. Arc GIS and fuzzy logic model-ANP were used for these analyzes. According to the studies carried out in this field, 8 criteria for parking location were selected and using ANP model and fuzzy logic, each criterion was weighted and mapped in ARC GIS software and finally different layers on The convention and the right place to build a public parking lot have been identified. The results of this study show that the distribution of public parking lots is in good condition but the number of parking lots is less than the demand.
