fa تحلیلی بر الگو و عوامل گسترش فضایی شهر آبدانان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><font color="#000000"><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;">امروزه الگوی گسترش کالبدی- فضایی شهرها در ابعاد مختلف یکی از مسائل کشورهای درحال توسعه به ویژه ایران است. بدین جهت، شناخت الگو و عوامل گسترش فضایی شهرها از جمله شهر آبدانان، برای تدوین سیاست‌های مناسب و دستیابی به توسعه پایدار امری اساسی است. بر این اساس، در چارچوب نظریه توسعه پایدار و رشد هوشمند شهری، تحلیل الگو و عوامل رشد فضایی شهر آبدانان در چارچوب روش توصیفی- تحلیلی ارزیابی شد. داده‌های مورد نیاز در این پژوهش از طریق روش‌ کتابخانه‌ای و مراجعه به شهرداری و نهادهای مربوطه گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها و شناسایی الگوی گسترش با استفاده از ضرایب آنتروپی، جینی، موران و </span><span dir="LTR" new="" style="font-family:;" times=""><font size="3">G</font></span></font><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;"><font color="#000000"> عمومی و نیز روش آنتروپی شانون و مدل هلدرن انجام شد</font><span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">. در ادامه نیز عوامل کلان و خرد موثر بر گسترش فضایی این شهر در بستر نظریه ها تحلیل و شناسایی شد. </span><font color="#000000">نتایج نشان داد که شهر آبدانان الگوی رشد تصادفی با گرایش بسیار ضعیف به الگوی خوشه‌ای را با شکل‌گیری لکه‌های داغ در جنوب و سرد در شمال تجربه نموده است که با توجه به پایین بودن میزان تراکم، نتایج بیانگر غلبه الگوی پراکنده در شهر می‌باشد. مطابق نتایج بدست آمده، شهر آبدانان در اغلب دوره‌ها، رشد کالبدی- فضایی لجام گسیخته و پراکنده‌ای داشته است، به طوری که در دوره90-85، رشد فضایی بسیار پراکنده‌ای را به میزان 97 درصد تجربه نموده است و تنها کمتر از 3 درصد آن ناشی از رشد جمعیت و نیاز واقعی آن به زمین بوده است. در مجموع، تفسیر نتایج نشان دهنده سهم بالای عوامل مدیریتی و اقتصادی در الگوی رشد و توسعه شهری می‌باشد.</font></span></p> Nowadays the discussion on Physical- Spatial Expansion of cities is one of the problems of developing countries, especially Iran. The growth causes and pattern of a city is the most critical matters of the recent century. So, recognition of spatial growth causes and pattern of main cities of regions and countries such as Abdanan City is necessary for drawing up suitable policies and achieving sustainable development. In this regard, in the framework of sustainable development and urban smart growth theories, the causes and quality of spatial growth pattern of Abdanan City were evaluated in the framework of the analytical-descriptive research method. In this framework, for analyzing the population and employment distribution used Gini and Entropy&#39;s indexes. For analyzing the development pattern we used Moran and General G indexes, and Holdren model and Shanon Entropy&#39;s. The necessary data was collect by librarian method. The necessary data was collect by librarian method. The results showed that there are imbalance in population and employment distribution. The results also showed that the Abdanan City have had a random development pattern tending to Clustered pattern by forming a hot spot in its south part and a cold spot in its north part and because of low density, the results indicated in the ascendancy of the dispersed pattern. The results showed that Abdanan City despite dispersed growth in most periods, during 1385-1390, have had a sprawl growth of 97 percent and less than 3 percent of that is because of population growth and the real needs of the land.
