fa تحلیل اثرات اجرای طرح هادی روستایی با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان زنجان) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده تحقیق توصیفی- همبستگی حاضر با هدف بررسی و تحلیل اثرات اجرای طرح هادی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان زنجان صورت پذیرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمامی سرپرستان خانوارهای روستایی در کلیه روستاهای بالای 100 خانوار در شهرستان زنجان که طرح هادی روستایی تا پایان سال 1389 در آن ها اجرا و تکمیل شده بود، تشکیل می‌دادند (8748N=) که با توجه به جدول کرجسی- مورگان، 370 نفر از آنان از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه با نظر گروهی از کارشناسان و متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. به منظور تعیین قابلیت اعتماد ابزار تحقیق پیش‌آزمون انجام شد که مقدار آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شده برای مقیاس‌های اصلی پرسشنامه بالاتر از 75/0 بود. داده‌های گردآوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و LISRE مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. به ‌منظور شناسایی و دسته‌بندی عامل‌های مرتبط با سازه اثرات اجرای طرح هادی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان زنجان از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و برای بررسی شاخص برازش نیکویی مدل تحقیق از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی (مدل معادلات ساختاری) استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که پنج عامل فیزیکی- عمرانی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی، بهداشتی و محیطی در حدود 71/67 درصد از واریانس کل اثرات اجرای طرح هادی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان زنجان را تبیین می‌نمایند. Abstract The main objective of this descriptive- correlative research was the analysis of the effects of implementing the Rural Guide Plan (RGP) in the villages of Zanjan County. The population of the study contained all heads of rural households in the villages having more than 100 households in Zanjan County in which RGP has been implemented by the end of 2011 (N=8748). According to the Krejcie and Morgan table, a sample size of 370 was selected using a stratified random sampling method (n=370). A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. A pilot study was conducted to establish reliability of the instrument. Cronbach’s alpha coefficients for the main scales of questionnaire were higher than 0.75. The data were analyzed by SPSSwin20 and LISREL8.5 softwares. The Explanatory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (Structural Equations Model) were used in order to categorize and identify the factors related to effects of implementing the RGP in the villages of Zanjan County and investigate the fitting indices surpasses model, respectively. The results showed that five factors namely, physical, economic, social- cultural, hygiene and environmental explained 67.71 percent of total variances of effects of implementing the RGP in the villages of Zanjan County. کلید واژه‌ها: طرح هادی روستایی, ارزیابی اثرات, شهرستان زنجان, مدل معادلات ساختاری.
