fa بررسی اثرات گردشگری بر کیفیت زندگی جامعه میزبان نمونه مطالعاتی: شهر بندرترکمن تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده امروزه گردشگری به عنوان گسترده ترین صنعت خدماتی دنیا، جایگاه ویژه ای در عرصه های اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاسی به خود اختصاص داده است‌.‌ رشد و توسعه این صنعت در دهه‌های اخیر در کشورهای توسعه یافته و درحال توسعه سبب بازساخت و تغییرات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و محیطی گوناگونی در محیط و جامعه میزبان گشته است. یکی از این ابعاد بسیار مهم بحث تاثیر گردشگری بر روی کیفیت زندگی جامعه میزبان می باشد. که در این زمینه مطالعات اندکی انجام شده و به همین خاطر درک محدودی از این مقوله وجود دارد. نوشتار حاضر نیز با درک این موضوع سعی در بررسی اثرات گردشگری بر کیفیت زندگی جامعه میزبان دارد و از این جهت شهر بندرترکمن را به عنوان نمونه مطالعاتی انتخاب نموده است. روش تحقیق تحلیلی- توصیفی می باشد و گردآوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه در یک نمونه 375 نفری از ساکنین شهر بندرترکمن صورت گرفته است. فرایند محاسبات در این مقاله بر اساس روش تحلیل عاملی قرار دارد. به این منظور 48 شاخص در ابعاد مختلف کیفیت زندگی انتخاب شدند که این شاخص ها به 4 عامل تقلیل یافته اند و 7/77 درصد واریانس را در بر می گیرند. در بین 4 عامل برتر به ترتیب نسبت تأثیرپذیری، عامل اقتصادی 56/28 درصد، عامل اجتماعی- فرهنگی 44/21درصد، عامل فیزیکی (مسائل زیست محیطی) 173/15 درصد، عامل فیزیکی (زیرساخت ها) 59/12 درصد از واریانس را تبیین می کنند. Abstract Today tourism as the world's largest service industry, a special place in the field of economic, cultural, social and political is allocated. Growth and development of this industry in recent decades in developed and developing countries cause restructure and various social, economic and environmental changes has been in the host community. One very important aspect of this debate is the impact of tourism on the host community's quality of life. The few studies done on this issue and therefore there is limited understanding of this issue. This article with Understanding of this issue trying to assess the effects of tourism on host communities is the quality of life and in this aim the City of Bandar Turkmen has been chosen as the study sample. Method of research is descriptive and analytical and Information collected through questionnaires in a sample of 375 people of city Bandar Turkmen residents. The calculations in this paper is based on factor analysis. For this purpose, 48 indicators were chosen in various aspects of quality of life indicators that have been reduced to four factors, and 77.7 percent of the variance in the fall. Among the top four factors influence the ratio, the economic factors 28.56 percent, social-cultural factors 21.44 percent, physical factors (environmental issues) 15.173 percent, physical factors (infrastructure) 12.59 percent of the variance are explained. کلید واژه ها: گردشگری, کیفیت زندگی, جامعه میزبان, تحلیل عاملی, شهر بندرترکمن.
