fa ارزیابی کارکردهای فراملی کلان‌شهر تبریز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research یکی از نقش‌های کلان شهرها ایفای کارکردهای ملی و فراملی مولد و توسعه‌گرا است. کارکرد فراملی کلان‌شهرها در زمینه جریان جمعیت، سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی و مبادلات کالا، شهرهای مصرف گرا و انگلی را به شهرهای مولد و توسعه‌گرا تبدیل خواهد کرد. کلان‌شهر تبریز ظرفیت‌های طبیعی و انسانی قابل توجهی برای کارکرد فراملی و پیشرفت را دارد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ارزیابی کارکرد فراملی کلان‌شهر تبریز برای دستیابی به روابط گسترده‌تر و کارکرد مناسب‌تر آن برای پذیرش وظایف فراملی و تعیین حوضه عملکردی موثر در سطح جهان به‌ویژه کشورهای پیرامونی است. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی با بهره‌گیری از مدل تحلیل شبکه است. نتایج حاصله از این پژوهش نشان می-دهد کلان‌شهر تبریز بر اساس شاخص‌های مورد بررسی از جمله جریان جمعیت، کالا و سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی ارتباط ضعیفی با کشورهای پیرامون دارد. پیشنهاد می‌شود حکمروائی شایسته، ایجاد زیرساخت‌های ارتباطی- اطلاعاتی پیشرفته، ارتقای کیفیت محیط شهری و اقتصاد مردمی ومشارکت بخش خصوصی با برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت دولت و بهبود مناسبات بین المللی برای توسعه کارکردهای فراملی بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گیرد. Abstract One of the basic necessities of the third millennium is providing the transnational functions and consequently suggesting more specialized functions by the metropolis. Functional features and transnational role for metropolises is people, foreign direct investments and commodity flaws. This is shaping for way of placing a national concept in one transnational and global background and recognizing new situation if national metropolises especially in peripheral regions of developing countries in new globalization geography. The main objective of this research is to understand the role and functions of large transnational metropolis of Tabriz to achieve a deeper understanding of the role and assign it to accept the transnational responsibilities and effective functional areas particularly within the periphery countries. In this paper, research method is descriptive–analytic with using network analysis. Results showed that Tabriz has poor connection with around countries citing existence people, foreign direct investments and commodity flaws. Also, Tabriz metropolis region related with around countries primarily, on the other hand relation of Tabriz and around countries is primary stage, and ordinarily closes to mature stage.
