fa بررسی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان از کیفیت محیط مسکونی ( نمونه موردی: مناطق 1 و 8 شهر تبریز) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده رشد سریع شهرها و توسعه کالبدی آن موجب بروز بحران‌های مختلف در زندگی شهری نظیر مشکلات محیطی و نزول کیفیت محیط زندگی شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان از کیفیت محیط‌‌های سکونتی و شناسایی متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان از محیط زندگی در مناطق 1 و 8 طرح جامع شهر تبریز صورت گرفته است. روش تحقیق پیمایشی-تحلیلی بوده که داده‌های مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری و با آزمون‌های تحلیل عاملی، T-test و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. براساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، میزان رضایتمندی ساکنان مناطق 1 و 8 شهر تبریز از کیفیت محیط زندگی در حد 862/2 با میانه 3 ارزیابی شده است که بیان‌گر میزان رضایتمندی متوسط ساکنین از محیط مسکونی شان می‌باشد. از میان هفت مؤلفه مورد بررسی در ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، پاسخ‌دهندگان از مؤلفه هفتم یعنی ضریب آسایش محیط مسکونی با سطح معناداری 385/0 و با ضریب همبستگی 045/0- اظهار نارضایتی نموده‌اند. Abstract Rapid growth of cities and its physical development is led to the various crises in the urban life such as environmental problems and life quality decline. This study is aimed to determine the satisfication of citizens living quality and environment miran identify variables influencing satisfication of citizens living in regions 1 and 8 of the comprehensive plan as a Tabriz. Research method was survey- analytical so that required data are collected using questionnaires and have been analyzed with factor analysis test, T- test, and pearson correlation cofficent.. Based on the results, the satisfaction of residents living in areas 1 and 8 Tabriz in 2.862 with a median of 3 has been rated as an average satisfaction of the inhabitants of their residential environment is.
