fa پیش‌بینی روند تغییرات کاربری اراضی شهرستان بهبهان سال‌های 1392 تا 1406 با استفاده از مدل LCM تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">آشکارسازی تغییرات و همچنین پیش&shy;بینی تغییرات پوشش اراضی در دادن دیدی کلی برای مدیریت بهتر منابع طبیعی، حفاظت اراضی کشاورزی اطراف مناطق شهری و اتخاذ تدابیر سیاست&shy;های دراز مدت بسیار مؤثر است. یکی از روش‌های مورد استفاده برنامه‌‌ریزان جهت کنترل روند تغییرات پوشش سرزمین و کاربری اراضی، مدل‌سازی می‌باشد. در این مطالعه نقشه&shy;های کاربری اراضی سال&shy;های 1378 و 1392 شهرستان بهبهان با استفاده از روش طبقه&shy;بندی حداکثر احتمال تهیه شد. همچنین با استفاده از زنجیره مارکوف و رگرسیون لجستیک نقشه کاربری اراضی سال 1406 به دست آمد. پس از تهیه نقشه مدل&shy;سازی شده آشکارسازی تغییرات با نقشه کاربری اراضی سال 1392 و 1406 با مدل <span dir="LTR">LCM</span> صورت گرفت. ارزیابی صحت، نقشه&shy;های کاربری اراضی سال 1378 و 1390 با ضریب کاپا و ارزیابی صحت روش رگرسیون لجستیک نیز با (<span dir="LTR">ROC</span>)<span dir="LTR">Relative Operating Characteristic</span> &nbsp;محاسبه شد. یافته‌های حاصل از مدل‌سازی با رگرسیون لجستیک در تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که آماره <span dir="LTR">ROC</span> در تمام زیرمدل‌ها بیش از 94/0 است که این نتایج حاکی از ارائه بسیار خوب مدل رگرسیون لجستیک در زمینه تجزیه و تحلیل تغییرات مدل&shy;سازی تغییرات کاربری اراضی بود. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین کاهش تغییرات عمدتاً شامل تخریب مراتع و تبدیل آن به سایر کاربری&shy;ها می&shy;باشد. همچنین بیشترین افزایش مساحت در کاربری کشاورزی دیده شد. روند تخریب مراتع می&shy;تواند زنگ خطری برای مدیران و برنامه&shy;ریزان شهری و منابع طبیعی باشد. برای جلوگیری از روند تخریب و سیر قهقرایی مراتع، احتیاج به ارائه&shy;ی راهکارهای مدیریتی مناسب و کارآمد در زمینه&shy;های چرای دام و برنامه&shy;های احیاء و اصلاح مراتع است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><span dir="LTR">Change detection and prediction of land cover change in the overall vision for better management of natural resources, protection of agricultural land around urban areas is very effective long-term policies and strategies.</span><span dir="LTR"> one of the</span> <span dir="LTR">methods used</span> <span dir="LTR">to control the</span> <span dir="LTR">process of </span><span dir="LTR">changes in land cover and land use planners, is modeling. The results of modeling with logistic regression model showed that in all sub model ROC statistic is more than 94/0 These results show a very good offer logistic regression model in the analysis of changes in land use change modeling The results showed the sharpest decline mainly include changes is destruction of rangelands and convert it to other land uses. The highest increase was seen in the area of agricultural land use. Rangeland degradation process can be alarming for managers and urban planners and natural resources.
