fa مکان‌یابی جهات بهینه توسعه فیزیکی مشگین شهر با راهکار مقابله با بحران تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:21.15pt"><strong>هرچه شهرها توسعه و گسترش پیدا می‌کنند، برخورد آن‌ها با عناصر محیطی (اقلیمی و ژئومورفولوژیکی) و موضوعات مربوط به آن‌ها زیادتر می‌شود. اقدام به توسعه عمران شهرها، به نحوی با پویایی و دینامیسم محیط طبیعی در ارتباط است، در برخورد با این عوامل در جریان توسعه شهر اگر برخی اصول و نکات ضروری رعایت نشود تعادل مورفودینامیک محیط، به‌هم‌خورده و خطرات بزرگی غالب کاربری‌ها و تجهیزات و امکانات شهری را در جریان توسعه شهر مورد تهدید قرار می‌دهد. از این رو این تحقیق باهدف بررسی و تعیین بهترین جهات برای توسعه فیزیکی شهر مشگین شهر بر مبنای مجموعه شاخص‌های طبیعی مانند گسل و ساختار زمین‌شناسی، منابع آب سطحی، بافت و عمق خاک، خطوط ارتباطی و کاربری اراضی جهت کاهش مخاطرات طبیعی و خسارات ناشی از آن با استفاده از مدل تصمیم گیری چند معیاره تحلیل شبکه در محیط سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی و سوات</strong> <strong>صورت گرفته است. نحوه‌ی ارزش‌گذاری در جهات بهینه توسعه فیزیکی شهر به 4 طبقه‌ی بسیار نامناسب، نامناسب، نسبتاً مناسب و مناسب تقسیم‌بندی شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد،</strong> <strong>بیشتر قسمت‌های مرکزی شهر در اراضی نسبتاً مناسب توسعه‌یافته‌اند و دیگر قسمت‌های مشگین شهر، به‌خصوص قسمت‌های حاشیه‌ای در اراضی نامناسب شکل‌گرفته‌اند، همچنین قسمت‌هایی از شهر که بر اساس طرح و برنامه قبلی طرح‌ریزی و ساخته‌شده‌اند، در اراضی نامناسب و در مواقعی در بخش‌های بسیار نامناسب قرارگرفته‌اند و فقط قسمت‌های محدودی از شهر در اراضی مناسب شکل‌است. علاوه بر این، با توجه به ارزش‌گذاری انجام‌شده، سمت شمال و شمال غربی و قسمت‌هایی از جنوب غربی شهر مشگین شهر، بهترین جهات برای توسعه فیزیکی شهر و اجرای طرح های شهری است.</strong></p> <p style="margin-left:35.45pt">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;As the city developed and expanded to deal with environmental factors (climate and geomorpholic) and matters related to them will be greater. This study aimed to evaluate and determine the best direction for the physical development of Meshginshahr city natural based on a set of indicators such as Faults and geological structure, surface water, soil depth and texture, lines and land use to reduce the damage caused by natural hazards have been done by Using the weighted overlay model of the environment (GIS) and Swat. How to value in the optimal directions of the city development is classifiedin 4, the very poor, poor, fair good, and good levels. The results of studies, further sections of the city developed in relatively good land and and other parts of Meshginshahr, especially the marginal formed in unsuitable lands. Also part of the city that designed and built based on the previous plan are located in unsuitable lands and sometimes in very poor lands and limited parts of the city have been formed in the appropriate lands. Therefore, it is necessary to do the next city development in proper to relatively good lands to be avoided from risks and damages to the lives and property of the city and citizens living in the future.
