fa سنجش وضعیت شاخص‌های کارآفرینی، تعیین‌کننده‌ها و راهکارهای توسعه آن در سکونتگاه‌های روستایی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان جوانرود) Assessment of entrepreneurship indicators, Determinants and its Strategies for development in rural settlements (Case study: Javanrood Township) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">شواهد نشان میدهد توسعه کارآفرینی در سکونتگاههای روستایی، کلید حل معضلات جوامع روستایی از جمله بیکاری، فقر، ناامنی غذایی، مهاجرت، ناهنجاری های اجتماعی و ... است. با توجه به شرایط نامساعد روستاهای شهرستان جوانرود به لحاظ نرخ بیکاری بالا و فقر روستاییان که تبعات منفی بسیاری را به دنبال دارد، هدف از پژوهش حاضر سنجش وضعیت شاخصهای کارآفرینی در بین روستاییان شهرستان جوانرود و همچنین شناسایی تعیینکنندهها و راهکارهای توسعه کارآفرینی در سکونتگاههای روستایی شهرستان مذکور است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کمی بوده که با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه سرپرستان خانوار روستایی شهرستان جوانرود تشکیل میدهد و با توجه به محدودیتهای پیشرو، محققان با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 356 نفر از آنها را بهعنوان نمونه آماری برآورد کردهاند. ابزار اصلی پژوهش جهت گرداوری دادههای مورد نیاز، پرسشنامه محققساختهای بود که روایی و پایایی آن با رعایت اصول علمی به تأیید نهایی رسید ونتایج پژوهش نشان داد وضعیت روستاییان شهرستان جوانرود به لحاظ دارا بودن مشخصههای کارآفرینی، با میانگین 327/3، در وضعیت مناسبی قرار دارند و روستاییان شهرستان جوانرود در میان 12 مشخصه کارآفرینی، به لحاظ سه ویژگی پشتکار، انرژی بالا و مردمداری بهترتیب با ضریب تغییرات 178/0، 191/0 و 205/0 دارای بهترین وضعیت و به لحاظ سه ویژگی خطرپذیری، نوآوری و پیشقدمی بهترتیب با ضریب تغییرات 540/0، 430/0 و 426/0، ضعیفترین وضعیت را دارند. نتایج شناسایی تعیینکنندههای توسعه کارآفرینی در محدوده مورد مطالعه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد پنج عامل اقتصادی، مدیریتی ـ آموزشی، زیرساختی، اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی و محیطی، توانستهاند حدود 5/66 درصد واریانس متغیر وابسته را تبیین کنند. نتایج اولویتبندی راهکارهای عملیاتی روستاییان جهت توسعه کارآفرینی در سکونتگاههای روستایی شهرستان جوانرود نشان داد سه راهکار "تخصیص منابع مالی با شرایط اخذ و بازپرداخت مناسب به روستاییان جهت توسعه فعالیتهای کارآفرینی"؛ "حمایت مالی مستقیم بخش دولتی و خصوصی از روستاییان جهت کاهش خطر ورشکستگی" و "تضمین خرید تولیدات روستاییان حداقل در مراحل اولیه شروع فعالیت کارآفرینی" بهترتیب با 194، 169 و 158 بار تکرار، مهمترین راهکارهای روستاییان جهت توسعه کارآفرینی بودهاند.</p> <p>according to the evidences Development of entrepreneurship in rural communities, Is the key to solving the problems of rural communities Including unemployment, poverty, food insecurity, migration, social disorders. The study population included All rural households in Javanrood Township and given the constraints that lie ahead, Researchers using the Cochran formula and estimated 356 of them as a statistical sample. To collect the required data. The main research tool, was a self-made questionnaire That confirmed Its validity and reliability by considering scientific. Eventually using by the Multi-stage stratified sampling method Were distributed questionnaires Completely at random Among heads of households in 17 villages of the Javanrood Township. The results showed The status of Javanrood Township Villager’s in terms of having the characteristics of entrepreneurship, with an average of 3.327, Are in good condition and Among the 12 characteristics of entrepreneurship, The villagers of Javanrood Township In terms of three characteristics Perseverance, High Energy and Respect for People Respectively, by coefficient of variation 0.178, 0.191 and 0.205 Has the best situation And in terms of three characteristics Risk, Innovation and Initiative Respectively, By coefficient of variation 0.540, 0.430 and 0.426, Are the weakest. Shows Results of Identification Determinants of entrepreneurship development in the study area by Using the exploratory factor analysis, Five Factors Economic, management – Educational, Infrastructure, Sociocultural and Environmental, have been able to explain about 5/66 percent of the variance in the dependent variable.
