fa بررسی نقش کنشگران دخیل در فرآیند نوسازی بافتهای فرسوده شهری(منطقه12تهران) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><span dir="RTL">شهر به عنوان نماد کالبدی ؛ اوضاع فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی و فن آوری در هر عصر و دوره ای می‌تواند معیاری جهت ارزیابی روند تحولات جامعه در آن باشد. بافتهای شهری نیز در هر کشور و در هر عصر و زمانه متناسب با درجه توسعه یافتگی آن کشور و بواسطه کنشگران و عوامل مختلف، شکل گرفته و شرایط اجتماعی، اقتصادی ؛ سیاسی و فرهنگی کشور در هر زمانی در شکل گیری بافت‌های شهری موثر بوده است.</span> <span dir="RTL">هدف کلی </span><span dir="RTL">مقاله حاضر بررسی نقش کنشگران دخیل در نوسازی بافت فرسوده منطقه12تهران می باشد</span><span dir="RTL">، در این راستا، پس از مطالعه سوابق پژوهش و ادبیات موضوعی تحقیق، مصاحبه وکسب نظر اساتید در این خصوص </span><span dir="RTL">نقش و تاثیر هر یک از کنشگران در بهبود و نوسازی بافت فرسوده مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span><span dir="RTL">پنج کنشگر مؤثر در فرآیند نوسازی بافت فرسوده عبارتند از:</span><span dir="RTL"> سازمان های دولتی، ساکنین بافت فرسوده، نهادهای محلی، اهداف و راهبرها و بخش خصوصی می باشد. </span><span dir="RTL">پژوهش حاضر از حیث روش، توصیفی و پیمایشی است و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. </span><span dir="RTL">جامعه آماری تحقیق ساکنین منطقه 12 شهر تهران هستند. با توجه به جمعیت کل منطقه 12، باید گفت که 240720 نفر به عنوان جامعه آماری تحقیق هستند.که با توجه به زیاد بودن تعداد جامعه آماری جهت مصاحبه و توزیع پرسشنامه، بخشی از نمونه آماری جهت مصاحبه و توزیع پرسشنامه انتخاب شده است. در این زمینه با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری مورگان، 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شده است. </span><span dir="RTL">برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از نمونه آماری، از پرسشنامه</span> <span dir="RTL">ایی که با توجه به متغیرهای تحقیق و عملیاتی&nbsp; نمودن آنها تنظیم شده، استفاده گردیده است. برای تعیین روایی ابزار جمع</span> <span dir="RTL">آوری اطلاعات از روایی محتوایی استفاده گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ی تحقیق با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، 9</span><span dir="RTL">63</span><span dir="RTL">/0 بدست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با نرم</span> <span dir="RTL">افزار </span>Lisrell<span dir="RTL"> استفاده گردید. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از مدل معادلات ساختاری، مقدار ضریب معناداری (</span>T- VALUE<span dir="RTL">) برای</span><span dir="RTL"> مجموعه روابط بین کنشگران با یکدیگر و متغیرهای تحقیق بررسی شد.که</span> <span dir="RTL">ارتباط بین کنشگران(</span><span dir="RTL">سازمان های دولتی، ساکنین بافت فرسوده، نهادهای محلی، اهداف و راهبرها و بخش خصوصی) بر ابعاد و شاخصهای&nbsp; موثر بر بافت فرسوده منطقه12تهران که شامل</span><span dir="RTL">(عوامل اقتصادی همچنین میزان بار عاملی یا ضریب استانداردشده، بدست‌آمده برای کنشگران مربوط به ترتیب</span><span dir="RTL">16/0 و</span> <span dir="RTL">15/0و 10/0و52/0و09/0می باشد. ،عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل کالبدی،عوامل زیست محیطی،عوامل سیاسی-اداری و عوامل حقوقی-قانونی) به ترتیب برابر </span><span dir="RTL">53/3 و 5/3 و6/3 و24/3 </span>T<span dir="RTL"> به‌دست‌آمده بیشتر از 96/1 است می‌توان با اطمینان 95 بیان کرد که رابطه معنی‌داری بین متغیرها وجود دارد. </span></p> <p>The city as a symbol of the cultural, social, physical <span dir="RTL">،</span>situation; the political and economic and technology at any age and can measure to evaluate periodically the process of transformation of its society.
