fa تحلیلی بر عوامل موثر در توسعه شهر خلاق (نمونه موردی‌‌‌‌: شهر شیراز) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL">ایده شهر خلاق باعث توانمندی تفکر نوآورانه شده و هویت شهر را در مواجهه با رقابت فزاینده برای استعداد‌ها‌‌‌‌، سرمایه گذاری و بازشناسی تقویت می‌کند‌‌‌‌. شهرهای خلاق به عنوان مراکز نوآوری و خلاقیت و تبدیل ایده به ثروت قلمداد می‌گردند‌‌‌‌. اساس اقتصاد شهر‌های خلاق بر پایه‌ی فرهنگ و صنایع فرهنگی است‌‌‌‌. هدف این پژوهش </span><span dir="RTL">شناخت و اولویت‌‌بندی ابعاد مو</span><span dir="RTL">ثر در توسعه شهر خلاق شیراز می‌باشد‌‌‌‌. بر اساس فرضیات پژوهش عوامل کالبدی اکولوژیکی‌‌‌‌، فرهنگی اجتماعی‌‌‌‌، اقتصادی گردشگری و مدیریتی سازمانی عوامل موثر می‌باشند‌‌‌‌. پژوهش</span>‌‌‌‌ <span dir="RTL">به روش توصیفی </span><span dir="RTL">&ndash;</span><span dir="RTL"> تحلیلی انجام گرفته است‌‌‌‌. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی است‌‌‌‌. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از دو روش میدانی مبتنی بر پرسشنامه و کتابخانه‌ای استفاده شده است‌‌‌‌. برای آزمون فرضیات و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پرسشنامه تحت نرم افزار </span>SPSS‌‌‌‌ <span dir="RTL">از آزمون پیرسون خی دو رگرسیون و تحلیل عاملی استفاده شده است‌‌‌‌. جهت تدقیق و اولویت‌‌بندی عوامل مدل </span>AHP<span dir="RTL"> نیز بکار گرفته شده است‌‌‌‌. </span><span dir="RTL">آزمون فرضیات نشان دهنده رابطه معنادار بین عوامل (متغیر‌های مستقل) چهار گانه فرض شده با متغیر وابسته توسعه شهر خلاق می‌باشد‌‌‌‌. با بهره‌گیری از مدل تحلیل عاملی اولویت‌های شهر خلاق در شهر شیراز در بخش‌ها‌‌‌‌ی مختلف مشخص می‌گردد‌‌‌‌. عامل اقتصادی در اولویت اول‌‌‌‌، عامل فرهنگی اجتماعی در اولویت دوم‌‌‌‌، عامل کالبدی اکولوژیکی در اولویت سوم‌‌‌‌، عامل سازمانی مدیریتی در اولویت چهارم‌‌‌‌، توسعه شهر خلاق در شهر شیراز است‌‌‌‌. نتایج تحلیل </span>AHP<span dir="RTL"> نشان می‌دهد که عامل اقتصادی مهم‌‌ترین عامل و محدوده حافظیه تا سعدیه بالاترین اولویت مکانی را دارد‌‌‌‌. </span><span dir="RTL">در چارچوب عوامل موثر یکسری راهکار از جمله طراحی و اجرای نمادهای فرهنگی شیراز در میادین فضا‌های عمومی و بخش تاریخی شهر </span><span dir="RTL">جهت توسعه شهر خلاق شیراز پیشنهاد می‌گردد‌‌‌‌. </span> The idea of creative city enabled the innovative thinking and improve the identity of cities in spite of the increasing competition for talents‌‌‌‌, investment and reidentification‌‌‌‌. the creative cities are enumerated as a center of innovation‌‌‌‌, creativity and‌‌‌‌ transformation of idea into wealth‌‌‌‌. the economy of creative cities depends on culture and handicraft‌‌‌‌. The purpose of the present study is to identify and prioritize the effective factors in developing SHIRAZ as a creative city‌‌‌‌. Based on the hypothesis‌‌‌‌, the ecological and sociocultural factors‌‌‌‌, ecotourism and organizational factors are very important‌‌‌‌. This study is done based on a descriptive- analytic design and implemented a questionnaire and library techniques‌‌‌‌. To analyze the data‌‌‌‌, SPSS was employed person‌‌‌‌ chi-square‌‌‌‌, regression analysis and factor analysis were taken into account‌‌‌‌. To prioritize‌‌‌‌ the factors AHP model was used‌‌‌‌. The result showed a significant relationship between the pour mentioned factors and the development of creative city‌‌‌‌. Based on the factors analysis‌‌‌‌, the economical factors were the first‌‌‌‌, sociocultural factors were the third and fourth important ones‌‌‌‌. The AHP results showed that the economical factors were the most important ones and Hafez and Sa&rsquo;adi zones were the best places‌‌‌‌.
