fa تبیین الگوی فضایی شاخص های بهداشتی و آموزشی بخش های مختلف ناحیه ساحلی غرب استان گیلان در راستای توسعه پایدار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; در این پژوهش برای شناسایی وضعیت شاخص های بهداشتی و آموزشی ناحیه ساحلی غرب استان گیلان، در ابتدا اطلاعات شاخص های فوق برای سه دوره سرشماری 1385، 1390 و 1398 از سایت استانداری استان گیلان دریافت گردید. سپس با استفاده از شاخص توسعه روستایی<span dir="LTR"> (RDI)</span>، شاخص ترکیبی نتایج<span dir="LTR"> (CRI)</span>، شاخص<span dir="LTR"> I </span>موران جهانی، شاخص<span dir="LTR">&nbsp; I</span>موران محلی، تحلیل خوشه ای اقدام به تعیین میزان توسعه یافتگی و توزیع فضایی شاخص ها در 8 بخش ناحیه ساحلی گردید. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد میزان<span dir="LTR"> RDI </span>محاسبه شده براساس فراوانی و همچنین نسبت فراوانی شاخص ها به تعداد روستای هر بخش، از تفاوت مکانی برخوردار است. شاخص<span dir="LTR"> I </span>موران جهانی نشان از خوشه ای شدن الگوی توزیع شاخص های مدارس راهنمایی پسرانه و دخترانه و دبیرستان پسرانه دارد. همچنین تحلیل فضایی<span dir="LTR"> RDI </span>براساس شاخص<span dir="LTR"> I </span>موران محلی حاکی از الگوی خوشه<span dir="LTR"> HH</span>،&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">LL </span>و ناخوشه<span dir="LTR">&nbsp; LH </span>و<span dir="LTR"> HL </span>در برخی شاخص ها از جمله مرکز بهداشتی-درمانی، خانه بهداشت، غسالخانه، روستا مهد، دبستان و راهنمایی دخترانه در سال های مختلف بوده است. نتایج<span dir="LTR"> I </span>موران محلی برروی شاخص<span dir="LTR"> CRI </span>نشان دهنده شکل گیری ناخوشه<span dir="LTR"> HL </span>و<span dir="LTR"> LH </span>در سه مورد از شش مورد است. در همین راستا تحلیل<span dir="LTR"> CL </span>شاخص های بهداشتی و آموزشی بدست آمده از<span dir="LTR"> RDI </span>نشان داد جابجایی زمانی و مکانی در اجزاء خوشه ها (بخشها) در طی زمان اتفاق افتاده است. اما گروه بندی شاخص<span dir="LTR"> CRI </span>نیز از لحاظ مکانی و زمانی ثابت می باشد. با توجه به آزمون فرض صفر مبنی بر عدم معنی داری الگوی خاص و عملکرد یکنواخت شاخص در ناحیه مورد مطالعه، مشخص شد فرض خلاف صفر مورد تایید بوده و تفاوت معنی داری بین بخش های مختلف از لحاظ توسعه وجود دارد<span dir="LTR">.</span> &nbsp;&nbsp; In this study, in order to identify the status of health and educational indicators in the west coastal area of Guilan province, at first, the information of the above indicators for the three census periods of 2006, 2011 and 2019 was received from the Guilan governor&#39;s website. Then, using the Rural Development Index (RDI), Combined Result Index (CRI), Global Moran I, Local Moran I Index and cluster analysis, the extent of development and spatial distribution of indices in 8 coastal parts were determined. The results showed that the amount of RDI calculated based on the frequency and also the ratio of the frequency of indicators to the number of rural in each section, has a spatial difference. The Moran I Global Index indicates the clustering of the distribution pattern of boys&#39; and girls&#39; guidance school schools and boys&#39; high schools. Also, RDI spatial analysis based on local Moran&rsquo;s I index indicates the cluster pattern of HH, LL and LH and HL Outlier clusters in some indicators such as health center, health house, bathhouse, rural nursery, primary school and girls&#39; guidance in different years. Also, the results of local Moran&rsquo;s I on the CRI index indicate the Outlier clusters formation of HL and LH in three of the six cases. In this regard, CL analysis of health and educational indicators obtained from RDI showed that temporal and spatial shifts in cluster components (parts) have occurred over time. But the grouping of the CRI index has also been fixed spatially and temporally.
