fa مکانیابی پارکینگ های عمومی شهری با استفاده از مدل منطق فازی ANP (نمونه موردی: شهرداری منطقه یک مشهد) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <br> &nbsp;در عصر حاضر رشد روز افزون جمعیت و گسترش شهرها، باعث افزایش استفاده از وسیله نقلیه موتوری در شهرها شده است و پیش بینی مکانهایی جهت پارک خودروها در این شهرها مورد توجه قرارگرفته است<span dir="LTR">.</span> گسترش شهر مشهد طی دهه های اخیر و افزایش خودروها ومشکلات ناشی از آن همچون ترافیک، افزایش مصرف سوخت، آلودگی هوا،اتلاف وقت شهروندان و غیره،لزوم توجه به کاربری پارکینگ عمومی شهری را درطرح های توسعه شهری بیش از پیش مورد تاکید قرار می دهد.درحال حاضر منطقه 1 شهرداری مشهد به دلیل قرارگیری در محدوده مرکزی شهر وتراکم بالای کاربری های اداری و تجاری با مشکلات ترافیکی و زیست محیطی روبروست. از اینرو به نظر می رسد مکانیابی پارکینگ های عمومی جهت کاهش ترافیک و مشکلات ناشی از آن،گامی موثر در برنامه ریزی شهری باشد. این پژوهش، از نوع کاربردی و روش، توصیفی<span dir="LTR"> - </span>تحلیلی است<span dir="LTR">. </span>داده ها به صورت کتابخانه ای و میدانی از سازمان های مربوطه جمع آوری گردیده است.برای این تحلیلها از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">Arc</span> <span dir="LTR">GIS</span> و مدل منطق فازی &ndash;<span dir="LTR">ANP</span> استفاده شده است. با توجه به مطالعات انجام شده در این زمینه 8 معیار جهت مکانیابی پارکینگ انتخاب و با استفاده از مدل <span dir="LTR">ANP</span> و منطق فازی،هر یک از معیارها وزن دهی ودر محیط نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">ARC GIS</span> نقشه تهیه شده و نهایتا&quot;لایه های مختلف روی هم گذاری و مکان مناسب جهت احداث پارکینگ عمومی،مشخص گردیده است.نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد مکانیابی اغلب پارکینگ های عمومی منطقه 1 شهرداری مشهد در وضع موجود مناسب می باشد ولی تعداد این پارکینگ ها کمتر از میزان تقاضا می باشد . &nbsp;<strong>Abstract</strong><strong><span dir="RTL"></span></strong><br> &nbsp;<br> In the current age of increasing population and urban expansion,Have Increased use of motor vehicles in cities And forecasts of car park locations in these cities have been taken into consideration. The expansion of Mashhad in recent decades and the increasing number of cars and related problems such as traffic, increased fuel consumption, air pollution, waste of time citizens etc. The need to pay attention to the use of urban public parking in urban development plans is increasingly emphasized. Currently, District 1 of Mashhad Municipality is facing traffic and environmental problems due to its high density of administrative and commercial uses. Therefore, locating public parking spaces to reduce traffic congestion and its problems seems to be an effective step in urban planning. This is an applied and descriptive-analytical study. Data were collected through library and field studies from relevant organizations. Arc GIS and fuzzy logic model-ANP were used for these analyzes. According to the studies carried out in this field, 8 criteria for parking location were selected and using ANP model and fuzzy logic, each criterion was weighted and mapped in ARC GIS software and finally different layers on The convention and the right place to build a public parking lot have been identified.
