fa تدوین مدلی برای شناسایی و ساختاردهی پروژه‌های ساختمانی بر اساس رویکرد توسعه پایداربا توجه به ویژگی های جغرافیایی جزیره قشم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">چکیده</span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش مدلی برای شناسایی و ساختاردهی پروژه‌های ساختمانی با رویکرد توسعه پایدار ارائه می‌دهد و بر جزیره قشم در ایران متمرکز است. تحقیق حاضر با تلفیق نظرات خبرگان، مدل‌سازی</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> ANFIS</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، روش‌های</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> ANP </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">و</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> TOPSIS </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">به ارزیابی راهبردهای ارتقای پایداری در زنجیره تأمین پروژه‌های ساختمانی می‌پردازد. راهبردهای کلیدی شناسایی‌شده عبارت‌اند از: مدیریت تأمین مواد، مدیریت تأمین نیروی کار و ایمنی، مدیریت طراحی و مهندسی، و مدیریت ساخت و تولید. مدل ارائه‌شده بر همسوسازی اهداف پروژه با معیارهای پایداری محیط‌زیستی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی تأکید دارد تا ضمن کاهش آثار نامطلوب زیستمحیطی، مشارکتی مثبت در جامعه محلی ایفا کند. مدل بومی‌سازی‌شده، شرایط خاص جغرافیایی، آب‌وهوایی و اقتصادی-اجتماعی جزیره قشم را در نظر گرفته و محرک‌ها و ریسک‌های ویژه منطقه را یکپارچه می‌سازد. یافته‌ها بر اهمیت مشارکت ذینفعان و نوآوری‌های فناورانه تأکید کرده و توصیه‌های عملی برای بهبود شیوه‌های مدیریت ساخت و ترویج توسعه شهری پایدار ارائه می‌دهد</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><strong>Abstract</strong></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This study presents a model for identifying and structuring construction projects using a sustainable development approach, focusing on Qeshm Island in Iran. By integrating expert opinions with ANFIS modeling and the ANP and TOPSIS methods, this research evaluates strategies for enhancing sustainability within the construction project supply chain. The key identified strategies include material supply management, labor supply and safety management, design and engineering management, and construction and production management. The proposed model emphasizes aligning project objectives with environmental, social, and economic sustainability criteria to minimize negative environmental impacts while contributing positively to the local community. The localized model incorporates the unique geographical, climatic, and socio‑economic conditions of Qeshm Island, integrating region‑specific drivers and risks.
