fa تبیین پیامدهای اجتماعی تبدیل نقاط روستایی به شهر مطالعه موردی: شهرهای نیاسر، برزک، سفیدشهر و مشکات در ناحیه کاشان‌ تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>در دهه‌های اخیر تبدیل روستا به شهر به عنوان یکی از چالش‌های اساسی توسعه به ویژه در کشورهای درحال رشد به شمار می رود. هدف این تحقیق تبیین پیامدهای اجتماعی تبدیل نقاط روستایی به شهر در ناحیه کاشان‌ می باشد. روش تحقیق پیمایشی از طریق پرسشنامه می باشد. جامعه آماری، جمعیت روستاهای ارتقائ یافته به شهر شامل شهرهای نیاسر، برزک، سفیدشهر و مشکات می باشد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 700 نفر تعیین گردید. تعداد نمونه‌ها به طور مساوی بین چهار روستای ارتقاء یافته به شهر در ناحیه کاشان توزیع و به صورت تصادفی مورد پرسشگری قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با بهره‌گیری از نرم افزار SPSSو با استفاده از آزمون‌های t، تحلیل واریانس و ویلکاکسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر این است که هرچند تحولات به وجود آمده پس از نقش پذیری شهری، جنبه‌های منفی همچون افزایش هزینه‌های زندگی، رواج بورس بازی زمین را در پی داشته است، ولی جنبه‌های مثبت تبدیل روستاها به شهر همچون کاهش مهاجر فرستی و افزایش مهاجر پذیری، افزایش زمان اوقات فراغت و افزایش مشارکت مردم بیشتر از جنبه های منفی آن بوده است، بنابراین روند تحولات اجتماعی پس از تبدیل نقاط روستایی به شهر در ناحیه کاشان مثبت ارزیابی می‌شود.</p> <p>That is why changing rural areas to city has become one of the most significant challenges in the late decades, especially in developing countries. This study is based on an applied-basic research. Applied, because in this research, it is being tried to evaluate the theories in one region and on the other hand, it is basic because the research results can be effective in changing rural areas to city. The case study has been chosen according to the purpose of getting familiar and analytic the consequences of this change. Therefore, the impact of changing rural areas to city can be seen and analyzed in their advancement. Going through this research, documental and analytic methods can be used. To analyze the indicators it is needed to collect in formations which the sample volume (700) has been chosen according to the city population with the use of Cochran method. The number of the samples is divided equally in to four rural areas which were changed to city and distributed in Kashan randomly and finally. The data&#39;s have been analyzed by SPSS software. results have shown although having city role has got negative aspects such as increasing life, land expenses but the positive ones are more for instance increasing of quality and quantity services , decreasing immigration, increasing of accepting immigrants, development in employment, rise of leisure activities like internet and computer games, exercising, reading books ,magazines ,newspaper ,artistic activities ,travelling , listening to music, increasing people participation in political social affairs.
