fa ارزیابی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های ژئوپلیتیکی ایران در آسیای مرکزی عمومى General پژوهشي Research آسیای مرکزی یکی از مناطق ژئوپلیتیکی پیرامونی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را تشکیل می‌دهد. این منطقه که شامل 5 کشور مسلمان ازبکستان، تاجیکستان، ترکمنستان، قرقیزستان و قزاقستان می‌باشد، بعد از فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی در سال 1991م. بر نقشه جغرافیای سیاسی جهان ظاهر گشت. شکل‌گیری این منطقه ژئوپلیتیکی در شمال شرقی ایران و دارا بودن مرزهای طولانی آبی- خاکی با کشورهای این منطقه به همراه برخی از ویژگی‌های داخلی و بین‌المللی، فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های متعددی را پیش روی دستگاه دیپلماسی و سیاست خارجی ایران قرار داده است. در این میان فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های ژئوپلیتیکی به دلیل ماهیت جغرافیایی و دوام و پایداری بیشتر، از اهمیت دو چندانی بر خوردار هستند. شناسایی این عوامل می‌تواند زمینه مناسبی را برای طراحی یک راهبرد کارآمد در این منطقه فراهم سازد. در این مقاله تلاش شده است ضمن بررسی عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی موثر در روابط ایران با کشورهای آسیای مرکزی به طبقه بندی آنها از نوع فرصت و تهدید و همچنین عواملی با ویژگی‌های دوگانه (فرصت- تهدید) پرداخته شود. Central Asia is one of the regions in geopolitical realm of Islamic republic of Iran. The region includes five Muslim Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan races. After the collapse of the Soviet ::union:: in 1991, the geopolitical plan was compiled. Formation of this geopolitical region in north eastern Iran, possessing marine-land long borders with countries of this region along with some domestic and international opportunities brought up challenges against Iranian foreign diplomacy and policy. Among these opportunities and challenges there are two cases which seem to be more important due to geographical nature of its strength and the country’s stability. These factors can identify a suitable field to design and the efficient strategies to be planned for this region.
