ارزیابی ایستگاه های سینوپتیک مناطق غرب کشور جهت رتیه بندی پدافند غیر عامل با استفاده از روش ویکور فازی

The passive defense strategy that seeks to create an environment is restrictive to deal with external threats, have been addressed. Among the important factors that passive defense is emphasized, the region also has a significant role in identifying areas prone to passive defense. Today the country is that the various aspects of risk and external threats, identify areas prone to passive defense of necessity is inevitable. In this study, using various elements, the defense was evaluated from the perspective of climate. 17 stations Climate synoptic stations 1-Bostan, 2-Shooshtar 3-temper, 4-Mahabad, 5-MAHSHAHR, 6-Elam, 7-Piranshahr, 8-Islamabad, 9-victims, 10-Ahwaz, 11-e Zahab, 12-dehloran, 13-Dezful, 14-Maku, 15-Abadan, 16-Ramhormuz, 17-Urmia of climate element 15 views Including minimum and maximum relative humidity, minimum and maximum temperature, mean minimum temperature during dust storms and thunder, sunshine, air pressure and the number of cloudy days, the maximum monthly precipitation and precipitation, days, tilt visibility, wind speed and vapor pressure, entropy methods and techniques through Vikor, were evaluated. The results show that overall the North West are the ideal conditions for passive defense is essential in making decisions on defense, defense officials, these results in mind.
