بررسی سناریوهای محتمل شکل گیری شهر نوآور در کلانشهر مشهد با تاکید بر افق 1404

هدف این تحقیق بررسی وضع موجود فضاهای نوآورانه تولید شده‌ توسط پروژه‌های سازمان­های شهری، پیش­بینی آینده فضاهای نوآورانه در شهر مشهد با استفاده از  سناریوهای مرتبط در این راستا که باعث توسعه راهبردهای مورد نیاز و در نهایت منجر به شکل­گیری شهر نوآور در مشهد می­شود. به منظور بررسی سناریوهای محتمل شکل­گیری شهر نوآور در کلانشهر مشهد، عوامل کلیدی و عوامل موثر شکل­گیری شهر نوآور با توجه به مطالعه کتب و مقالات و تحقیقات پیشین و نظر سنجی از متخصصین و اساتید، در سه بعد اصلی و 43 گویه شناسایی و تنظیم شده است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش کارشناسان سازمان­های شهری درگیر در تهیه و تدوین پروژه­ها در مشهد شامل: شرکت شهرک­های صنعتی، دانشگاه فردوسی، سازمان راه و شهرسازی و شهرداری مشهد و ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه و مصاحبه می­باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی – تحلیلی (آمیخته از نوع متوالی) بوده و بر اساس فرآیند سناریو­نگاری شش­گام می­باشد. به منظور تحلیل یافته­های کمی به دلیل نرمال بودن توزیع داده­ها، از آزمون تی استفاده و پیشران­های بحرانی استخراج شدند. سپس پیشران­ها در اختیار مصاحبه­شوندگان که با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب و مصاحبه­ها به وسیله آنالیز موضوعی تجزیه و تحلیل شده و  چهار سناریو تدوین شد. نتایج حاصل که بر اساس مطلوبترین گویه­های وضع موجود نوآوری و با توجه به آزمون تی تست بوده، تولید فضای نوآور در بعد محلی تقریبا مطلوب بوده اما در بعد جهانی و انتقال دانش و در رقابت با سایر شهرهای دنیا به دلیل تحریم­های بین­المللی کارآیی چندانی نداشته است. بنابراین سرمایه گذاری وسیع مادی و معنوی در چهار حوزه صنعت، دانشگاه، شهرداری و راه و شهرسازی برای رسیدن به سناریو طلایی نیاز است و در ادامه راهبردهایی پیشنهاد شده که در آن­ها باید میان زیرساخت­های محلی، شبکه و تعاملات و سیاستگذاری­ها هم در بعد کلان و هم در بعد محلی یک گره خوردگی و یکپارچگی وجود داشته باشد.
