Abstract:

  Many rural settlements with the various problems in different aspect that some of these problems are return back to historical past, although some changes have emerged in recently years. Lack of necessary investments in economic and social infrastructure and also lack of efficient management of today's issues that caused an imbalance in these areas has a greater range and clutter in rural area. Due to the growth and development of country and importance of sustainable development in the infrastructure for the development of informed and prudent life, and the lives of rural communities appears to be necessary.
