Knowledge storage increases productivity, effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, education increases economic capacities and production investments and leads to cultural-intellectual growth and civilizational changes. From there, one of the most important indicators of economic development. It is the creation of employment for citizens, it is possible to contribute to economic development in rural areas by investing in human resources and developing human talents and capacities to use employment opportunities in rural areas, and if this proposition is accepted that work is the most sacred and inviolable human asset, and Providing employment opportunities in the national economy is a clear waste of this precious asset. Only with the help of training and empowering the rural residents can we cross this hurdle safely.
