In this study, a mineral sales engineering model was designed and developed with a focus on the impact of the cultural environment on sales processes. The structural equation model was used to analyze the relationships between effective factors in the cultural environment and sales strategies. The aim of the present study was to present a mineral sales engineering model with an emphasis on the culture of the target market, which was carried out using a descriptive and analytical method. This article is an applied research in terms of its purpose and in terms of the logic of data collection, it used the inductive-deductive method to analyze the content of open-ended questions and supplementary structured interviews. The data collection tool in the quantitative part was a questionnaire, and the statistical sample was 202 experts in the mining sector. It was tested using the structural equation model and smart pls software to estimate the factor loading and the obtained components. In this study, an attempt was made to provide a model for mineral sales engineering to help companies improve the organization's resource costs, increase implementation efficiency, and the ability to create change and innovation, and to identify strategic complexities in the culture of the target market. The results show that cultural factors play an important role in shaping sales approaches and customer behaviors and can be considered as key factors in improving mineral sales performance in different markets. This model can be an effective guide for managers in designing sales strategies tailored to the cultural characteristics of target environments and play an important role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes.
