The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a strategic leadership intelligence model for implementing sustainable marketing strategies in Iraqi organizations. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational and survey in nature, which was conducted with a quantitative approach and deductive logic; however, for the initial extraction of dimensions and components, the qualitative stage and expert opinion were also used. In the qualitative part, 20 Iraqi academic experts and senior managers were selected using purposive and snowball sampling methods, and data were collected through interviews until theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, 215 complete questionnaires were collected from managers and senior experts of organizations active in the manufacturing, service, commercial, and industrial sectors of Iraq, especially in the cities of Baghdad, Basra, and Erbil, using a stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool was a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The validity of the instrument was confirmed through face validity, content validity, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and its reliability was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha and related indicators. The data were analyzed using SPSS and structural equation modeling in SmartPLS/AMOS/LISREL. The findings of the qualitative section showed that strategic leadership intelligence in the form of four main dimensions including vision intelligence, adaptive intelligence, stakeholder intelligence, and sustainable decision-making intelligence is the central phenomenon of implementing sustainable marketing strategies in the Iraqi business environment. Also, the causal, contextual, and intervening conditions, as well as the strategies and outcomes related to this phenomenon were identified in the form of a paradigmatic model. In the quantitative section, the results of the hypothesis test showed that all the relationships in the model are significant and positive; such that the central phenomenon had the greatest effect on strategies with a path coefficient of 0.81, and strategies also showed a positive and significant effect on outcomes with a coefficient of 0.72. Also, the fit indices and factor loadings confirmed the appropriate validity of the measurement and structural model. Overall, the results of the study showed that strategic leadership intelligence is one of the essential prerequisites for the successful implementation of sustainable marketing strategies in Iraqi organizations, and the development of this capability can lead to the promotion of sustainable competitiveness, the creation of long-term value, and the strengthening of stakeholder trust.
